The villa is well equipped to cater for six people. In the open plan lounge area are two three
seater settees, a coffee table, TV with satellite, and a marble fireplace. Patio doors open on
to the terrace with an outdoor sofa, chairs and coffee table and then leads to the garden.
The dining area has seating for six and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
The Italian kitchen has granite worktops, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing
machine, and an American style fridge freezer which dispenses chilled drinking water and
ice.
There is a study area containing books and games, and a downstairs cloakroom with
shower.
The heated pool measures 8m x 4m and has roman steps for ease of entry. The garden is
well stocked with plants, and has a large, non-slip paved area for sunbathing. There are
enough sunbeds and garden chairs for six and a table and two parasols. A selection of toys
and inflatables are available for the pool.
